Letter From Our President….

To all Eagle Point Home Owners:
We hope you all enjoyed a wonderful summer here at the lake.  The water levels have been the best in years and I’m sure added to allot of enjoyment on the lake.

During our May meeting I promised that I would update the membership quarterly on events transpiring here at Eagle Point.
The new EP Board has been busy with multiple discussions on how we can improve the front entrance with enhanced beauty. You will recall that at our meeting I stated the intention to formulate a Eagle Point Beautification Committee.
The Committee is made up of the following members:
– Linda Bolton
– Dixie Cook
– Jackie Carlson
– Larry Adams
– T.C. Hamilton
– Ben Lange
This group is in the process of selecting artist rendition drawings for a new and remodeled entrance to Eagle Point.  A tentative schedule has review of the drawings with the EP Board in a few weeks.  This group’s mission is to continue to enhance the beauty of Eagle Point while producing a enhancement entrance  making it the premier subdivision on the lake.  I look forward to sharing the committees recommendations once available.
With other housekeeping issues please keep the following on your agenda:
– If you have ongoing or plans for new projects please complete your EP Building permits and deliver to Steve Cook, Architectural Chairman ASAP.
– Please review with your contractors the requirement to clean up any debris from projects and trucks. Trash along the roads continue to be a issue here in Eagle Point.
– Please review your lots trees. There are several lots with large dead trees that require removal so not to affect our road right away or power lines.
– Please be sure to clearly understand the FCWD guidelines for permits and contractor registration.
Please contact me or any of the Board Members should you have questions or require assistance.
Thank you
Sincerely
Jack Carlson

THE LAKE IS FULL!!!!!

Time to head to the lake…….with plenty of water, cooler temperatures and peaceful quiet, let the chaos of the city melt away as you relax on the dock with a nice cup of coffee.
